Seven guided steps. One concise decision brief. Your judgment stays yours.

INVITATION-ONLY PILOT

What your pilot access includes

Seven guided steps to examine your decision, saved findings you can revisit, and a printable Decision Red Team Brief with an optional final AI assessment.

Participation is free and by invitation. You receive up to three analyses and 30 successful AI reviews, including re-runs and final assessments.

Reviewing all seven steps once and generating the final assessment uses eight reviews. The allowance applies across the pilot, not each month.

The pilot has no fixed end date. Access is temporary; continued free access or access after the pilot is not guaranteed. We will give advance notice before ending the pilot so you have an opportunity to export your briefs.

You will not be charged automatically. Any future paid access will require a separate purchase. Purchasing the Decision Toolkit does not include ongoing app access.

A BETTER QUESTION BEFORE THE COMMITMENT

What would have to be true
for this to work?

Consequential decisions often rest on a few beliefs that have never been tested. A persuasive story can make those beliefs feel like facts.

This process gives business owners, managers, founders, and consultants a way to slow down, examine the evidence, and prepare for what could go wrong.

You bring the decision and its context. The AI challenges the reasoning. You assess the findings and decide what to do.

THE METHOD

Seven steps to a clearer view.

  1. 01

    Define the decision

Make the choice specific enough to examine.

  2. 02

    Surface assumptions

Separate what you know from what must be true.

  3. 03

    Run the pre-mortem

Imagine failure and work backward to its causes.

  4. 04

    Challenge the reasoning

Look for weak links and evidence against your preferred option.

  5. 05

    Identify information gaps

Find the unknowns that could change the decision.

  6. 06

    Set early-warning indicators

Decide what to watch and when to respond.

  7. 07

    Check reversibility

Understand commitments and test before going all in.

THE DECISION RED TEAM BRIEF

Leave with a record of the reasoning.

Your brief brings the decision, the objections, and the next checks into one place. Revisit it before committing, or use it to explain the choice to someone who needs to understand it.

FROM THE STOIC STRATEGIST

Think Clearly.
Act Wisely.
Hold the Line.

The Stoic Strategist connects clear judgment with deliberate action: examine your impressions, recognize what is outside your control, and take responsibility for the choices that remain.

Decision Red Team puts that discipline to work on a specific decision. It encourages honest uncertainty, a fair hearing for alternatives, and a willingness to revise your view when the evidence changes.

For a deeper, reusable approach to making and explaining workplace recommendations, explore the Decision Toolkit.
