PURPOSE & LIMITATIONS · UPDATED 3 OCTOBER 2026

Support for your judgment.

A structured way to examine a decision and its weaknesses before committing.

The role of the service

Decision Red Team helps you examine assumptions, evidence, and possible failure. It does not make decisions for you or independently verify the information you provide. AI-generated findings may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate to your circumstances. You remain responsible for checking the analysis and deciding what action to take. The service does not replace qualified legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

How to interpret the findings

AI-generated assumptions, failure scenarios, and objections are proposals to examine. They are not independently verified facts, predictions, or a guarantee that all important risks have been identified. The review works from what you supply and may misunderstand or miss context.

A current review status means the review reflects the inputs it received. It does not certify that your reasoning is correct or that an action is safe. Your stated confidence is your assessment, not a calculated probability of success.

Before relying on a brief

Check factual claims against reliable sources. Resolve consequential uncertainties where practical, examine evidence against your preferred option, and define workable warning indicators. Recheck outdated reviews after changes. Obtain qualified professional advice where the decision calls for it.

The final analytical assessment offers an integrated AI interpretation of the seven steps. It does not replace your answers, your findings, or your responsibility for the final decision. No outcome is guaranteed.

Information you share

Use only information you are authorized to share. Do not enter classified information, credentials, confidential employer or client material, or unnecessary personal information. Anonymize examples where possible and follow your organization’s rules for using AI services.

Read the privacy information for what is saved and sent to service providers, and the pilot terms for access and allowance details.
