PILOT PRIVACY INFORMATION · UPDATED 3 OCTOBER 2026
Understand what you share.
Decision Red Team is operated by Jason Conley under The Stoic Strategist. This notice describes the current pilot’s handling of your information.
What the app saves and why
- Your analyses: decision statements, context, assumptions, evidence you enter, findings, responses, confidence, final assessments, and update times. These are saved to your signed-in workspace so you can return, revise, and prepare briefs.
- Account and access records: email address, account identifiers, invitation status, and links between sign-in identities you explicitly connect. These support sign-in and access to your saved work.
- Usage and protection records: analysis starts, steps visited, successful reviews, brief views, completion marks, print-dialog opens, and toolkit clicks. Review and sign-in attempt records support allowances, request limits, and troubleshooting.
- Feedback you submit: your message, optional pilot answers, feedback type, current step or page, app versions, release phase, timestamp, and account identifier. Your sign-in email is included in the owner’s feedback list only if you request a reply. Decision text, findings, and briefs are not attached automatically. The owner reads this feedback to improve the service; it is separate from aggregate usage reports.
- Optional pilot profile: role, decision type, timing, and invitation or campaign code. These help compare how different groups use the pilot. You may skip, change, or clear these answers.
Usage records are linked to account identifiers; they are not anonymous. They do not copy your decision text. The owner’s pilot report shows aggregate usage and profile groupings, not the content of individual analyses. Account and invitation administration separately includes participant email addresses.
When information goes to AI
When you request a step review or final assessment, the app sends the analysis information included in that review to OpenAI’s API. This can include answers and findings from other steps, not just the field currently on screen. Saving an edit alone does not request an AI review.
The app disables optional stored-completion functionality in its AI requests. That does not mean zero retention: OpenAI may retain content for abuse monitoring and other processing under its applicable policies. See OpenAI’s API data controls (opens in a new tab). We do not promise that information sent to providers is never retained.
Services involved
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare: website hosting, application processing, and saved analysis storage.
- OpenAI: AI processing and ChatGPT sign-in when used.
- Supabase: email authentication and session management.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in verification emails, including your destination email address and the authentication message.
Hosting and authentication services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs. Information may be processed outside your country; this pilot does not promise storage in a particular country.
Saved analyses are restricted by account in the app. Authorized service administration and infrastructure access may still permit access to stored data; account restrictions are not a promise of absolute confidentiality.
Cookies and other services
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session and chosen sign-in method. Disabling these can prevent sign-in or saving. Pilot measurement is performed within the app; it is not anonymous analytics.
If you use a browser assistant with access to this page, it may read the current analysis. That access is separate from requesting a review in Decision Red Team. External toolkit and purchase links lead to services with their own privacy terms. The app records a toolkit-link click, but does not send your analysis text in that link.
Retention and deletion
The pilot currently has no automatic deletion schedule for saved analyses, account links, profiles, invitations, feedback, or usage and attempt records. Signing out, reaching your allowance, or having access revoked does not delete those records. There is no self-service account or analysis deletion button yet.
You can request access, correction, or deletion by replying to your pilot invitation and addressing the request to Jason Conley. Identify your sign-in email and the scope of the request; do not send verification codes or paste sensitive decision content. Identity verification may be needed before changes are made.
Deletion from active app storage does not necessarily remove provider logs or backups immediately; those are subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices and applicable requirements. We will explain any limits that apply to your request rather than promise immediate removal from every system.
Your choices and questions
You can edit saved answers, clear optional profile information, and use the brief’s print control to save a PDF while access is active. You may complete the framework manually without requesting AI reviews; entered information is still saved in the app.
Use only information you are authorized to share. Omit classified material, passwords, confidential employer or client information, and unnecessary personal details. For pilot privacy questions, reply to your invitation. We will give advance notice before ending the pilot so you have an opportunity to export your briefs.
This page will be updated as the service changes. See also decision support and limitations and the pilot access terms.
